At Charmily Petals we take pride in offering high-quality floral arrangements and excellent customer service. Please review our customer policy below to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
1. Sales & Returns
- All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
2. Product Availability
- All floral orders are subject to availability of flowers and supplies.
- If a specific bouquet or arrangement cannot be fulfilled due to limited stock, our team will contact you directly to:
- Offer suitable replacement options, or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is not acceptable
3. Order Fulfillment Times
- Our standard order processing time is 3β4 days, however, we strive to offer same-day pickup or delivery depending on availability. For same-day orders, please:
- Place order before 11:00am on weekdays and before 10:00am on weekends
- Submit your preferred pickup or delivery time through our order form
- Our team will follow up to confirm whether we can fulfill your request
4. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickups are available at no additional charge.
- Local delivery is available throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The cost is dependant on the requested location. Please enter your desired address at checkout to calculate the delivery charge
